WARRANTY

Modica jewellery offers a warranty against manufacturing defects only, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. We offer repairs under normal wear that is outlined in detail in our care guidelines. If a piece shows signs of improper care or is damaged from something other than normal wear i.e. accidental damage, we will repair at a cost. An estimate quote will be given upon inspection. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on pieces that require repairs including resizing.

Warranty does not apply to items that have been handled against our care instructions by accident or misuse.

If any other jeweller works on our pieces, including resizing, modifications or repairs, our warranty will be voided. We recommend returning pieces to us for all repairs & resizes, we do not take responsibility for any repairs or resizes completed by other jewellers.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer a credit note to the value of the piece within 14 days of dispatch date. Goods sold are non-refundable.
Exchanges or refunds are not offered for change of mind for all pieces made to order. Please feel free to contact us prior to ordering to discuss any queries & ensure the piece selected is perfect for you.

When returning a piece please ensure it goes back in its original packaging & that is packed & padded to ensure the item does not get damaged in transit, we do not take responsibility if it is damaged in transit. Please include your name & return address.
