PRODUCTION & DELIVERY:
The majority of Modica jewellery pieces are made to order, please allow time for production. Times are approximate, depending on the piece selected & are subject to change or delay. Please refer to product page for specified times. If you need a piece by a particular date please contact us & we will do our best to accommodate your order. There are a selection of in-stock pieces which can be dispatched within 1 business day.
If you change your mind & would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us at roselee@modicajewellery.com.au.
On all orders that have already gone into production or dispatched will not be cancelled.
Each piece is quality checked on completion by our experienced jewellers & quality control team member, then carefully packed in our signature boxes. No pricing is included within your parcel.
Please ensure all details provided at checkout are accurate, as we can not be liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
An email will be sent to you providing a tracking number so you can track the journey. We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by a third-party courier.
Please note we do not post to PO Boxes as all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery your order will be kept at your nearest post office.
Modica offers complimentary shipping on orders over $300 within Australia
Australia post Express services with Australia is $10. Delivers within 1-3 business days
Standard international postage is $25 allow 3-15 days
Express international postage is $50 - $75 depending on location
