PRODUCTION & DELIVERY:

  • The majority of Modica jewellery pieces are made to order, please allow time for production. Times are approximate, depending on the piece selected & are subject to change or delay. Please refer to product page for specified times. If you need a piece by a particular date please contact us & we will do our best to accommodate your order. There are a selection of in-stock pieces which can be dispatched within 1 business day.

  • If you change your mind & would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us at roselee@modicajewellery.com.au.

  • On all orders that have already gone into production or dispatched will not be cancelled.

  • Each piece is quality checked on completion by our experienced jewellers & quality control team member, then carefully packed in our signature boxes. No pricing is included within your parcel.

  • Please ensure all details provided at checkout are accurate, as we can not be liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

  • An email will be sent to you providing a tracking number so you can track the journey. We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by a third-party courier.

  • Please note we do not post to PO Boxes as all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery your order will be kept at your nearest post office.

  • Modica offers complimentary shipping on orders over $300 within Australia

  • Australia post Express services with Australia is $10. Delivers within 1-3 business days

  • Standard international postage is $25 allow 3-15 days

  • Express international postage is $50 - $75 depending on location
